  • Absolutely! Our standard backdrop is 2.4m x 2.4m and can be customised to any design you wish - just supply us with a high resolution, square image, and we’ll do the rest! We charge £200+VAT for printing, and the banner (fits frame with top and bottom pole) is yours to keep after the event.

  • No! We’re happy to travel into Europe, and potentially further afield - contact us for a quote.

  • For comfort and safety, we recommend a minimum of 2m x 2m of floorspace. Standard height ceilings (c2.5m / 8’) are fine for most sports, even golf. For tennis, we recommend 3m if possible. For more than one headset being used concurrently, we’ll of course need more a bit more space, depending on the game / format.

Otherwise, VR works best in a well lit room, avoiding bright direct sunlight if possible, and not too warm.

  • Around an hour, typically, providing we can get access to our setup location easily from the car park.

  • Potentially, though it’s not weatherproof, so a contingency option would need to be in place for rain / strong winds etc.

  • Yes, absolutely. We just need one regular plug socket within 30m (without creating a tripping hazard), and Wi-Fi. We also carry a portable router for contingency.

  • Whilst some of our games can be played without an internet connection (i.e. golf and tennis), the process of ‘casting’ the image in the headset(s) to the TV(s) requires internet. If the Wi-Fi is slow, there will be a lag. We do carry a portable router for contingency, though this is relying on a solid mobile data signal.

  • We currently offer golf, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, archery, racing, sailing, fishing and drone racing. Additional partnerships for further sports are being explored. We only offer credible, well rated (4*+/5) games, with gameplay formats that lend themselves to the relevant event setting.

  • We make every effort to ensure that the experience is as hygienic as practical. We have adapted our headsets to be as hygienic as possible, clean them and their accessories thoroughly between events, and have a range of wipes and tissues on hand at every event.

  • One of the biggest downsides of virtual reality, historically, is the associated motion sickness. Whilst modern VR tech has improved (i.e. lower latency). we’re acutely aware of this as a concern, and have taken several steps to minimise if not irradicate the risk of this occurring. These include providing a tactile floor surface, specifying games with teleport and ‘snap turn’ options, and running short game formats. Please contact us to discuss any remaining concerns.

  • Yes! Through our sister brands, we can offer golf simulator hire across the UK, and mobile coffee and licensed horsebox bar in Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
